Curb appeal usually starts with what your yard looks like during the day. Is the grass cut? Are the weeds pulled? Do you have a pop of color with new plants? How about fresh wood chips or mulch? But the night time curb appeal is just as important. Lets face it. We don’t always get home before the sun goes down. An inviting, warm, lit yard can be easily accomplished. Consider LED lights and possibly some spotlights or floodlights. Placing your lights at dusk works best. Keep the following elements in mind:

  1. Pathways
  2. Entryways
  3. Driveways
  4. Steps
  5. Trees
  6. Fountains Before you know it your yard will have that beautiful curb appeal both day and night.
