Meet the Lender – Lone Hale

There are times in your life when you meet someone and you instantly become friends. Some

years ago, a group of us decided to give CrossFit a try. That’s where I met Lone. Through the

pain of the daily WOD (workout of the day) we shed blood, sweat, tears and countless curse

words. Naturally, we became friends.

There have been many occasions when I have asked her for her advice and services during the

purchase and sale of my homes and she has never steered me wrong. She is honest and truly

cares about her clients.

Meet, Lone Hale – Senior Loan Officer, Integrity Mortgage Group

Q: How long have you been in the business?

L: 24 years! WOW!!

Q: Why did you choose to be a loan officer?

L: I believe the mortgage industry chose me in a way. I was doing hair as a means to get myself

through college when I received a call from my Step-Father. He asked if I would like to assist his

Loan processor on my days off and after hours. I was thrilled to learn new things and loved

everything about the mortgage industry from the start! Soon thereafter, I left the beauty

industry and became a processors assistant. I moved quickly on to be a Loan Processor and

from there, went to school to become a Licensed Loan Officer.

Q: What do you like most about what you do?

L: I love helping 1st time home buyers get into their very own home! It is such an exciting time!

Q: If you only had one tip to give people what would it be?

L: Live within your means. Even if you qualify for a higher mortgage payment, don’t exceed

what you are truly comfortable with paying each month.

Q: Can you give me an example of how your new 5 day closing certificate works?

L: On a recent purchase loan, we went from the offer accepted on the property to cleared for

loan documents in 5 business days. We closed the entire transaction in 15 calendar days!

Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies?

L: Exercise/Boot Camp, Traveling to new places and painting.

Q: What are 3 things on your bucket list?

L: Skydive, Travel to Tahiti, Road trip the US with no timeline or destination.

Q: If you could live anywhere, where would that be?

L: I have lived in San Diego all of my life and couldn’t imagine anything else!

Q: If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?

A: Tacos!

Q: Best advise you ever received?

L: Work hard play hard

To know her is to love her! Surrounding yourself with the right team to sell or purchase real

estate is important. You need a team you can trust. And it’s also a proven fact that people who

love tacos are trust worthy. Lone loves tacos. Trust Lone.
